May 2, 2017 Board Meeting Agenda Item #18 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE VENICE MIDDLE SCHOOL HVAC AND RENOVATION PROJECT FOR PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. Description All work has been completed and all requirements associated with Pre-Construction have been accepted. The final project costs have been internally audited and are enclosed in Final Contractor's Application for Payment Dated 3/31/2017. The Director of Construction Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes. Recommendation That the project be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractor be approved as presented.
